Base path for the pwv-workers/pwv-fonts asset folders. In the
browser this is a URL prefix (e.g. '/app' for assets hosted at
'example.com/app/pwv-workers'); in Node.js it's an absolute filesystem
path to the parent directory containing 'pwv-workers/' and 'pwv-fonts/'
(e.g. for Docker/CI setups where node_modules isn't available at
runtime). Default: auto-detect (domain root in the browser, cwd/
node_modules in Node.js).
